CER – Renewable
Energy Community_
A CER is a legal entity formed by a group of citizens, small and medium-sized enterprises, and other organisations that voluntarily collaborate to produce, share and consume renewable energy, within a specific geographical area (Primary Cabin).
The objective? To promote energy independence and provide environmental, economic and social benefits to both members and local communities.
Renewable Energy Communities have finally become a concrete reality for sustainable energy self-consumption. Furthermore, with the MASE Decree of 23 February 2024 – No. 22, incentives for diffuse self-consumption are established.
